Did you know some of your private information like name, address, email address, and phone number are required to be shared by the organizations that control the Top Level Domains (.com, .org, .net, etc.)? As a part of the registration of your domain name, the registry asks for this information for their records and then it's shared publically to anyone who performs a WHOIS lookup on your domain.
